Encanto Living
Holiday homes with a sea view on the Costa del Sol
Sea view is the most abused phrase in Spanish holiday letting. Ours means this: from the terrace you see open Mediterranean water, the harbour lights at night and, on clear winter mornings, the mountains of North Africa on the horizon.
Two very different views
From the Malaga villa the bay curves left towards the port and the cathedral tower; you watch cruise ships come in over breakfast. From the Higueron apartment the view is wide and open towards Fuengirola, with the pool terrace between you and the water.
Both homes face broadly south, which means sun on the terrace for most of the day and sunsets over the water from spring to autumn.

Good to know
- Are the views unobstructed?
- Yes. Neither home looks onto another building at terrace height; both photographs on this site are taken from the actual terraces.
- Which home is better for a winter stay?
- The Malaga villa, because of the heated pool and the sheltered hillside position.
